Our mission is to provide professional dance education in a loving, nurturing, creative and disciplined environment.
1. Tuition will be due for Sept. from the
Sat. 15TH thru Fri. 21st
Any payments made 9/22 and after for Sept. will be charged a $10.00 late fee.
Oct. payment will be due Oct. 1-7
June tuition will be 1/2 monthly payment. At registration you paid $30 per dancer, if you didn’t pay tuition also, tuition is due 9/15 – 9/21.
SAVE AROUND Coupon book has begun, finish date is Oct. 6.
Java Joe coffee/Fuddy Duddy Fudge begins end of Sept.
90% fundraising profits will be applied to dancers account, 10% to studio.
3. Parking Lot:
please drop dancers off at back entrance to studio. Do not drop off at front entrance, or park in front side area or in bottle neck. Please be patient and kind during busy times.
4. Lobby area:
please be mindful of the noise level in lobby area during class times. 4:00 – 6:30 pm are the nosiest times, and we ask you to respect the classes on the dance floor.
5. Studio closings:
Studio closings will be posted on the web site, facebook page, instagram and sent out in an email. We close for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break. We DO NOT close for long weekends and/or Monday holidays. During inclement weather, we will send emails and instagrams regarding studio closings.
6. June Performance Weekend:
We are planning for our performances June 14, 15 , 2019 this year. Waiting for confirmation from the CV Theater. We will confirm as soon as the school approves.
payment for costumes is due in full by Nov. 30. $55.00 per costume. ($70.00 per competition student's costume) Costumes are ordered Dec. 1. There will be no refunds for costumes once they have been ordered.
8. Class attire:
ALL BALLET STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR BLACK LEOTARDS, TIGHTS AND BALLET SHOES. SKIRTS AND DANCE SHORTS ARE OPTIONAL. Additional studio attire policy information will follow.
9. If at any time your dancer is no longer enjoying dance, you are under no obligation to continue.
We do ask that you please call or email the studio if your dancer will no longer be dancing.
10. CLASS ATTENDANCE:
Regardless of whether you are a recreational, competitive, preschool or adult dancer, attendance in class is crucial! If registering for dance class, please make that class a priority!
